Our Journey

We at ‘DB: Digital Business Consulting’, have been associated with Infor M3 ERP suite and platform since 20+ years, starting with the IBM i platform RPG version we saw the very first M3 Java release and have seen the product ecosystem evolve to keep pace with the business and technology worlds through its various parent organizations of Intentia, Lawson & Infor.

Our experience extends from the early RPG versions to the latest Cloudsuites of the M3 platform.

Infor M3 ERP Suite

We have consulting and implementation expertise in all modules of the M3 product suite and its various domain verticals of Manufacturing, F&B, Fashion, Chemicals, Distribution, Service & Rentals.

This includes all requisite M3 technology expertise of customizations, document management, integrations & workflows.

Cloudsuites

With the take-off of Cloud ERP and Infor putting its weight behind its ‘Cloudsuites’ we have been a part of ‘Cloudsuite’ implementations and understand the subtle nuances of a traditional on-premise vs. ‘Cloudsuite’ implementation. We know what it takes migrate to a ‘Cloudsuite’ and how to manage the customization stack on the ‘Cloudsuite’ be it single-tenant or multi-tenant.

Programs & Projects

We have extensive program and project management experience – strategizing multi-geography base implementations and rollouts, wave-rollouts, entity grouping consideration, global templates, localizations, statutory requirements.

We have managed implementation programs with 30+ global locations and delivered the M3 solution to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

M3 Extensions

As foundation business processes evolve and demand for advanced and specific process functionalities grow we have implemented a variety of M3 extensions like 'Scheduling Workbench, Factory Track, Mobility for Field Service, ION Workflows'

M3 Platform

As more and more siloed application suites needed to talk to each other we’ve designed, developed and delivered multiple integrations of the M3 suite with other application suites resulting in a true foundation ‘platform’. We have implemented SCM integrations with custom planning solutions and 3PL providers like DB Schenker, DHL, Finance integrations with Blackline, Tagetik, Banking integrations in various countries for banking automation, regulatory & statutory body integrations e.g. HMRC in the U.K., GST In India; CRM integrations with SFDC, Document management with Readsoft, Retail integration with POS systems.
