DB Consulting is headquartered in United Kingdom with an offshore base in India. We have served clients across the European Union, Asia, Middle-East and North America.

Founder

Jeromino Cruz Fernandes

Jeromino Cruz Fernandes started as a ‘System Administrator’ for installations, deployments, security and environment management for large enterprise ERP applications on IBM-AS400 and MS-SQL platforms progressing to technical project management of large global projects and finally becoming Global Delivery Manager for projects & managed services portfolio of medium & large enterprises and technology consulting organizations.

He has served large customers in Scandinavia, Central & Western Europe and Asia, Middle-East and North America
